"I’ve been a client of Jim Metzler’s State Farm office since 2002, starting with a renter’s insurance policy when I got my first apartment. Since then, my coverage has grown to include a homeowner’s policy and insurance for two vehicles. Throughout all these years, the team at this office has consistently provided exceptional, customer-focused service. I especially want to recognize Connie Clements, who I’ve worked with closely since I added my cars and condo to my policy. She is absolutely fantastic–always patient, incredibly thorough, and quick to respond to any questions, even the random one-off ones. She takes the time to walk through every detail of my policies and makes sure I fully understand everything. "I've been with State Farm for many years. When my agent in Carmel retired, my account was transferred to Jim (who already handled my Humana part D medical insurance. Jim met with me and my wife for several hours reviewing our Medicare supplemental insurance. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. In the end, he recommended a few changes that will save us a few thousand dollars a year with no coverage change. Jim is very knowledgeable about auto, home, and health care insurance and is very personable in discussing the topics."
